2014 Honors of the Association and
2014 Distinguished Service Award

Deadline: January 15, 2013

The ACPA Honors and Awards Committee is soliciting nominations for these two awards.  

The Honors of the Association represents the highest expression of respect and gratitude ACPA can bestow and is granted to those individuals, member or non-member, whose lifetime of research, healthcare delivery, or leadership has advanced, significantly and uniquely, the amelioration of physical, behavioral or social handicapping conditions of cleft lip and palate or other craniofacial anomalies.

The Distinguished Service Award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional service and contribution to ACPA.

Nomination materials for either award will be kept on file for consideration for one additional year should a candidate not be selected. Should a candidate not be selected during the following year's consideration, his or her paperwork must be resubmitted with up-to-date information both on the nominating form and in the supporting letter for continued consideration.
