Membership Dues

Candidates qualifying for Active Member or Associate Member status pay annual membership dues ($175) in addition to an initial entrance fee ($25).

Candidates qualifying for International Member status may opt to view the Journal and Newsletter online only, or to receive print copies of both publications by paying an additional annual $35 fee for international airmail.

Student Members pay reduced annual membership dues ($75) with no entrance fee requirement.

International Students have the same option as international members with regard to the airmail fee.

Applicants are billed for both the entrance fee and their annual dues upon notification of acceptance into membership in the Association.

When payment of these fees is received by the National Office, a subscription to The Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Journal is initiated, and back issues for that calendar year are ordered for new members. Members are thereafter billed annually for dues in the fall.
