ADULT CLEFT CARE - DO WE NEED A NEW APP FOR THAT?

The adult patient with a cleft has unique needs and challenges that differ from the needs of the child.  As adults find themselves in professional and social situations they are recognizing the need for team centered cleft care.  The audience will learn: 1) the needs of the adult patient with a cleft, 2) the challenges of procuring therapies and medical/dental care, and 3) the suggested composition of an adult centric cleft team.
