American Airlines offers a 5% discount off their lowest applicable published air fare to ACPA meeting attendees:

  • To make a discount reservation, please book travel on-line at www.AA.com with promotion code: 1142DD (for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only).  At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com. 
  • (Fee Applied) For phone reservations, US and CAN residents can call AA's Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790. There will be a separate ticketing charge of $25.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased via the phone or $35.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased at the airport.  This amount is subject to change. Be sure to refer to the promotion code: 1142DD 
  • International originating guests should call their local reservations number and refer to promotion code: 1142DD. 

Travelers will want to fly into San Jose International Airport (SJC) which is approximately 5 minutes from the hotel.  From SJC, the hotel can be reached by car, taxi, shuttle, and bus service.
