Payment Policy

We regret that we cannot offer reduced registration fees for partial attendance. All payments for registration and social events must be paid in full by personal or institutional check, U.S. money order, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). On-site registrations must be paid in full at registration. Payment must be made in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 75% refund for cancellation notices received in writing prior to March 16, 2012. Cancellations notices received March 16 through April 13, 2012 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided after April 13, 2012. All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable) with receipt date determining refund action.

ACPA is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks involved in travel to and from the meeting and in attendance at and participation in the program. ACPA and the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, riots, thefts, or from any other similar causes.

Substitutions

Substitutions are accepted but must be sent in writing to the National Office and received before the cancellation policy deadline of April 13, 2012.

Need a Roommate?

If you would like to share a hotel room with another attendee, Amatullah King at the National Office will be maintaining a list of others who wish to do the same. Please contact her at (919)933-9044 or email meetings@acpa-cpf.org and she will attempt to connect you with a potential roommate.

Not an ACPA Member?

Members register for $175 less than non-members. This is equal to the amount of 2012 dues. If you apply and prepay your dues, you may register for the Annual Meeting at the member rate.
