Registration Information

Congress registration fees include the Welcome Reception Sunday evening, May 5th and all educational sessions Monday, May 6 through Friday, May 10, 2013.
Registrants for the 12th International Congress will receive an email confirmation with a link to the Congress' group reservations website.

There will be a Gala on Friday, May 10th to celebrate the Congress. A separate ticket for this event is required. Guests are welcome.

Discounts for Students, Residents and Fellows
If you are currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate, graduate, residency or fellowship program, you are eligible to register for the congress at a subsidized student rate.

Invitation to Present

If you plan to make a presentation at the 12th International Congress on Cleft Lip/Palate and related Craniofacial Anomalies, please refer to this letter as a formal invitation.

Payment Policy

We regret that we cannot offer reduced registration fees for partial attendance. All payments for registration and social events must be paid in full by personal or institutional check, U.S. money order, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). On-site registrations must be paid in full at registration. Payment must be made in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 75% refund for cancellation notices received in writing prior to February 1, 2013. Cancellations notices received February 1 through April 20, 2013 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided after April 20, 2013. All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable) with receipt date determining refund action.

The 12th International Congress, the International Confederation for Cleft Lip and Palate and Related Craniofacial Anomalies (ICCPCA), and the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association (ACPA) are not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks involved in travel to and from the meeting and in attendance at and participation in the program. The 12th International Congress, ICCPCA, ACPA and the Hilton, located in the Walt Disney World® Resort shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, riots, thefts, or from any other similar causes.

Substitutions

Substitutions are accepted but must be sent in writing to the Congress Office and received before the cancellation policy deadline of April 20, 2013
